TRAINING & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

TRAINING & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
The Trust acknowledges that the lack of relevant skills causes unemployment and underemployment due to a mismatch between skills acquired (supply) and skills required (demand). The labour market works on the basis of supply and demand and most of our beneficiaries lack the skills or training which the labour markets demand in South Africa. The Trust implemented the following training and skills development interventions.

JOB READINESS PROJECT

The Trust in the 2020/21 Annual Year implement the job readiness training project in the Eastern Cape Province, North West Province and Free State Province supported by NLC and DEDEAT. A total of 567 beneficiaries benefited from this programme

HYGIENE AND CLEANING TRAINING
